Our Interiors & Civil Works Process

Every project starts with a thorough assessment of the existing space and a detailed understanding of your functional and aesthetic requirements. Once the design is approved, we obtain all necessary building management and municipality approvals and procure materials, fixtures, and finishes from approved suppliers with confirmed lead times. Construction begins with civil works: demolition of existing elements, block wall construction for new partitions, plastering, waterproofing where required, and floor screeding to achieve level surfaces. MEP rough-in works for electrical, plumbing, and air conditioning are coordinated in parallel. Interior fit-out then progresses through flooring installation, wall cladding or painting, false ceiling construction, joinery and millwork installation, and fixture fitting. Final finishing includes hardware, accessories, signage, and furniture placement. A thorough snagging inspection and deep clean precede formal handover with as-built documentation.
