Our Masonry Process

Our masons lay each course to precise levels and alignments using laser guides and spirit levels, installing reinforcement bars, lintels, and wall ties per the structural engineer’s requirements. After the block or brickwork is complete, joints are tooled and cleaned, and surfaces are plastered, rendered, or pointed as specified in the project documentation. Walls are then properly cured with controlled water application over several days to achieve full mortar strength and prevent cracking.
