Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by Delight International Facilities Management LLC ("Delight IFM", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Services

Delight IFM provides professional facility management services including but not limited to cleaning, maintenance, MEP, fit-out, and specialist services across Dubai and Abu Dhabi, UAE. All services are subject to availability and may vary by location.

Quotations and Pricing

  • All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
  • Prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise indicated.
  • Final pricing may vary based on site inspection and actual scope of work.
  • We reserve the right to adjust pricing with reasonable notice for ongoing contracts.

Booking and Cancellation

  • Service bookings are confirmed upon written acceptance of the quotation.
  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time.
  • Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may incur a cancellation fee of up to 25% of the quoted amount.
  • We reserve the right to reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances with reasonable notice.

Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless credit terms have been agreed in writing.
  • For annual maintenance contracts, payment terms are as specified in the contract.
  • We accept bank transfer, credit/debit card, and cash payments.
  • Late payments may incur interest charges as permitted under UAE law.

Service Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with any service, please notify us within 48 hours of service completion. We will address any legitimate concerns at no additional cost.

Liability

  • We carry comprehensive insurance coverage for all our operations.
  • Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the value of the specific service provided.
  • We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by third parties.
  • Clients are responsible for disclosing any hazardous materials or conditions on their premises.

Intellectual Property

All content on delightifm.com, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Delight IFM and is protected by UAE intellectual property laws. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
